As always, I like to share the latest real estate market stats, so you can see what is happening in our area. Last month, active listings dipped a bit, while homes sold at a steady pace. This is not unusual, inventory often drops during the holiday season, and the good news, less competition can make your home stand out if you are thinking about selling.
