Hi there, I'm Kim Inocente!

With a background in customer service, sales, and finance, I’ve built my career around helping people achieve their goals. I started in banking, first as a Universal Banker at U.S. Bank and later as a Financial Sales Representative at Citizens Business Bank. Those roles taught me the value of building strong relationships, understanding diverse needs, and delivering exceptional service.

For over a decade, I’ve been guiding clients through real estate in both the Antelope Valley and Santa Clarita. I often meet with clients early in their journey, sometimes years before they’re ready to make a move, and together we create a plan that fits their goals. Many people comment on how great life must be as your own boss, but the truth is, I work for my clients. I’m client-employed, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Whether you’re buying, selling, or navigating a unique situation, my focus is on making the process as seamless and stress-free as possible while giving every client the attention and guidance they deserve. I’m known for building long-term relationships and helping clients feel confident and informed every step of the way.

My husband and I moved from Lancaster to a condo in the Five Knolls community in Santa Clarita in 2017, and we’ve loved calling this area home ever since. In 2022, as our family grew, we moved into a single-family home to have more space and settle in comfortably. Living in these communities has given me a firsthand perspective on what it’s like to find a home that truly fits your family.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, experimenting in the kitchen, attending concerts, reading on my Kindle, and spending time with friends and family. I’m happily married, a mom to a sweet little girl, and a proud dog mom to our Australian Shepherd, Ollie. I also started a book club last year and serve as a Girl Scout troop leader for my daughter’s troop, which has been a rewarding experience.
